THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OF THOSE FROM AFRICA LIVING IN THE UK WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC POSITION, BY PROVIDING: 1.EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN VOCATIONAL SKILLS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES WHICH WILL ENHANCE THEIR INTEGRATION FULLY IN SOCIETY AS INDIVIDUALS AND RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS; 2.SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY; AND 3.PROMOTING KNOWLEDGE AND MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN DIFFERENT RACIAL, SOCIAL AND AGE GROUPS.
