To advance the public appreciation of dramatic, musical and operatic arts of a high standard, and carry out other charitable activities as the charity sees fit.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE JOINT WORKS OF SIR W.S. GILBERT AND SIR ARTHUR SULLIVAN, KNOWN AS THE ‘SAVOY OPERAS’. THIS IS TO BE ACHIEVED BY THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERT VERSIONS, THE STAGING OF FULL PRODUCTIONS OF THE OPERAS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES. THE CHARITY MAY ALSO PRESENT WORKS BY OTHER COMPOSERS AS THE CHARITY OR THE COMMITTEE SEES FIT. TO ADVANCE THE PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF DRAMATIC, MUSICAL AND OPERATIC ARTS OF A HIGH STANDARD. TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
