Charitable objects
A] TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF CHARNOCK RICHARD AND ITS IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND IN PARTICULAR TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. B] TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE, OR TO CO-OPERATE, IF REQUIRED OR NECESSARY WITH ANY LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH VILLAGE HALL.
