1 TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION. TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN FOSTER AND ADOPTION HOMES FOR THE CARE OF SUCH DOGS. 2 TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY PROVIDING APPOPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR ANIMALS BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE. 3 TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN SUCH MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING TO ANIMALS.
