FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND RELIEVE AND PREVENT SUFFERING AMONGST CHILDREN EXPERIENCING SEXUAL ABUSE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT GOOD PRACTICE AMONGST CHILDREN AND CHILDCARE PROFESSIONALS WORKING WITHIN STATUTORY, VOLUNTARY AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES REGARDING EFFECTIVE EARLY INTERVENTION SO AS TO HELP PREVENT, IDENTIFY AND TACKLE CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE; B) PROVIDING A HELPLINE OFFERING CONFIDENTIAL LISTENING SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO CHILDREN EXPERIENCING SEXUAL ABUSE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO THOSE WITHIN THE ASIAN AND MUSLIM, SIKH, HINDU AND THE JEWISH COMMUNITIES; C) FACILITATING COOPERATION LIAISON AND SHARING OF BEST PRACTICE BETWEEN STAKEHOLDER ORGANISATIONS INCLUDING THOSE ENGAGED IN TACKLING THE ROLE PLAYED BY THE INTERNET IN CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE.
