Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE OR TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF OVER WRYE DISTRICT AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS AND BUILDINGS TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AND/OR SOCIAL ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES.
