1. THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HUMAN LIFE AND HEALTH BY THE PREVENTION OF PERSONAL INJURY TO, AND DEATH OF, INDIVIDUALS ON ROADS AND IN MOTOR VEHICLES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH: A) EDUCATION OF ROAD USERS IN ROAD SAFETY; B) THE PROVISION OF ROAD SAFETY MEASURES INCLUDING HELPING TO SECURE THE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL PROTECTIVE BARRIERS, CROSSING POINTS OR OTHER ROAD SAFETY MEASURES ADJACENT TO SCHOOLS AND OTHER LOCATIONS. 2. TO PROVIDE THE RELIEF OF ANY PERSON AFFECTED BY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH ON ROADS OR IN MOTOR VEHICLES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH: (A) OFFERING COUNSELLING, ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO THE AFOREMENTIONED INDIVIDUALS, THEIR DEPENDANTS, RELATIVES OR FRIENDS. (B) PROVIDING EMERGENCY GRANTS, LOANS OR OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE AFOREMENTIONED INDIVIDUALS, THEIR DEPENDANTS, RELATIVES OR FRIENDS. 3. TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADVANCING HEALTH, RELIEVING NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONGST CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS BY PROVIDING GRANTS.
