(1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION: (A) IN UKRAINIAN HISTORY, LANGUAGE AND CULTURE IN THE UK AND IN UKRAINE; (B) IN THE LEGAL RIGHTS AND ENTITLEMENTS OF CITIZENS OF UKRAINE; (C) BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES AND FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR, CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS AND ORPHANAGES IN UKRAINE; (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN UKRAINE; AND (3) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BECAUSE OF ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE.
