THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:- THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH IN AFRICA AND ASIA BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES IN HOSPITALS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.
