THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF FILM PRODUCTION IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MAKING GRANTS AND AWARDS TO STUDENTS ENROLLED ON APPROVED FULL OR PART-TIME COURSES IN FILM PRODUCTION.
