Based in Ipswich, Suffolk Al-Tazid mainly works with the very poor and needy in Sylhet District of Bangladesh providing clean water, eye clinic, educational equipment, distribution of clothes and other basic necessities of life for the destitute. Members raise funds in the United Kingdom which enables this charity to help our beneficiaries improve their quality of life.

FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, 1.THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE SYLHET DISTRICT OF BANGLADESH BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF CLEAN WATER, SHELTER AND OTHER ESSENTIAL ITEMS SUCH AS CLOTHING AND FOOD 2.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE IN THE SYLHET DISTRICT OF BANGLADESH BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT AND ASSISTANCE. 3.TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN THE SYLHET DISTRICT OF BANGLADESH BY PROVIDING MEDICAL AID AND EQUIPMENT. 4.THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING OF VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER IN THE SYLHET DISTRICT OF BANGLADESH BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE,ITEMS AND SERVICES (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE BY THE TRUSTEES)
