Charitable objects
TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL HEALTH AND WELFARE OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 11 TO 25 YEARS AND THEIR FAMILIES, BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, ADVICE AND COUNSELLING SERVICES PRIMARILY IN, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE AREA OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DISTRICT OF BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE AND THE WIDER HAMPSHIRE AREA. TO CARRY OUT SUCH ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, NOT COVERED ABOVE, AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE CHARITY TRUSTEES. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
