THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
'CHARITABLE PURPOSES' MEANS PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
