Charitable objects
The Objects of York Road Project are to relieve need, distress and financial hardship among homeless people over the age of 18 within the Borough of Woking and environs, without discrimination, by: i) Providing temporary housing to assist those who are homeless, at risk of being homeless or recovering from homelessness ii) Providing housing related support such as information, advice, training and onward referral or signposting to enable them to live more independent lives in the community iii) Assisting homeless people’s integration into the community by educating the local community concerning the nature, causes and effects of homelessness.”
