1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROMOTION OF ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF TEESSIDE. 2) TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF CHARITIES IN TEESSIDE AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND TRAINING SERVICES TO ASSIST CHARITIES IN THEIR ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND COLLABORATIVE POTENTIAL. 3) TO IMPROVE AND ADVANCE MORAL OR SPIRITUAL WELFARE FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY PROMOTING EDUCATION CONCERNING SPIRITUAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
