1. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND PROMOTE THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE WHO SUFFER FROM MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, ADVICE, AND PROGRAMMES OF SPORTS, DRAMA, MUSIC AND ARTS AND CRAFTS.
2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH.
