Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 4.1 THE MAINTENANCE, PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE ARTISTIC AND ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE OF IRELAND, INCLUDING BY (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PROVIDING FUNDING FOR SPECIFIC CONSERVATION AND OTHER PROJECTS, INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PROJECTS UNDER THE AEGIS OF IRISH GEORGIAN FOUNDATION (REGISTERED AS A CHARITY IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND WITH CHARITY NUMBER CHY 6372). 4.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN, AND PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF, IRISH FINE ARTS AND ARCHITECTURE, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) EDUCATION THE PUBLIC ON THE SIMILARITIES, DIFFERENCES AND CONNECTIONS BETWEEN IRISH FINE ARTS AND ARCHITECTURE AND BRITISH FINE ARTS AND ARCHITECTURE. NOTHING IN THE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008 OR WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
