THE TRUST COMPANY SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE ANNUAL INCOME ARISING FROM THE RESIDUARY ESTATE FOR SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS IN ENGLAND WHICH SUPPORT THE EDUCATION, ADVANCEMENT, WELFARE AND RELIEF OF POVERTY OF CHILDREN IN NEED AS THE TRUST COMPANY MAY IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT AND TO PAY SUCH INCOME TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH INSTITUTIONS OR OBJECTS AND IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUST COMPANY MAY THINK PROPER.
