TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ADVANCEMENT AND PROMOTION OF HEALTH, EDUCATION AND AMATEUR SPORT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE UNDERPRIVILEDGED IN THE UK AND INDIA FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY MAKING GRANTS AND AWARDS TO ORGANISATIONS WHICH PROVIDE SUCH OPPORTUNITIES. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE ‘UNDERPRIVILEGED’ MEANS INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF COMPASSIONATE OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY REASON OF SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
