TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH DEMENTIA AND RESIDING IN TYNEDALE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A SUPPORT GROUP AND SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES, SERVICES ADVICE AND INFORMATION AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE.
