THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR TO ADDRESS THE UNDER-REPRESENTATION OF YOUNG WOMEN IN THE AREAS OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ECONOMICS AND FINANCE BY ENCOURAGING SUCH YOUNG WOMEN TO ENGAGE IN THESE SUBJECTS AS PART OF AND BEYOND THEIR FORMAL EDUCATION AND TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS SO THAT THEY MAY REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
