1. PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF HAYDON WHO ARE OVER SIXTY 2. PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF HAYDON 3. PERSONS RESIDENT ELSEWHERE IN NORTHUMBERLAND WHO ARE OVER SIXTY 4. IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES PERSONS RESIDENT OUTSIDE NORTHUMBERLAND WHO ARE OVER SIXTY.
