THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:- THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN BANGLADESH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVISION OF: A) TRAINING AND EDUCATION FOR LOW PAID WORKERS TO ENABLE THEM TO BECOME MORE SKILLED AT THEIR WORK AND ALSO UNDERSTAND THEIR RIGHTS AND CHALLENGE UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICES. B) EDUCATION AND CHILDCARE TO ENABLE THE CHILDREN OF THE LOW PAID WORKERS TO DEVELOP AND BE LOOKED AFTER AS THEIR PARENT'S WORK. C) IMPROVING CONDITIONS IN LOW PAID WORKERS HOMES BY IMPROVING SANITATION, FOOD AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES.
