TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 IN ENGLAND AND WALES BY: - PROVIDING SUPPORT WHICH DEVELOPS THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITY, CAPABILITIES AND SELF-AWARENESS TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS - PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE TO DELIVER APPROVED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES OF EMOTIONAL AWARENESS AS MEANS OF PREVENTING POTENTIAL ADDICTION, CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR OR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, - PREPARING YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY; - RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT IDENTIFYING BEHAVIOUR LEADING TO POTENTIAL ADDICTION, CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR OR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES; 2. TO ASSIST IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT ANY CHARITABLE ORGANISATION IN ENGLAND AND WALES WHOSE AIMS INCLUDE ADVANCING EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS BY DEVELOPING THEIR MENTAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES THROUGH ACTIVITIES
