THE OBJECTS OF THE HEALTH EXPRESS ARE:
TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND HEALTH INEQUALITIES, AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THE RESIDENTS OF COUNTY DURHAM, BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE, IMPROVED ACCESS TO HEALTH AND PREVENTATIVE SERVICES AND THE PROVISION OF OTHER FACILITIES AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO ENHANCE THOSE PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.
