Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:
(A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS IN PARTICULAR BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF AN ANNUAL CULTURAL EVENT; AND
(B) THE FURTHERANCE OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME SEE FIT.
