TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE, ADVICE AND EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF WILD ANIMALS AND THEIR NATURAL HABITAT. 3.) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE ADVANCES OF WILDLIFE REHABILITATION AND THE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT BY SPONSORING AND UNDERTAKING RESEARCH IN CONNECTION WITH ANIMAL WELFARE AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
