THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE "OBJECTS") ARE: THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE BUDDHIST FAITH AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE TEACHINGS OF THE SAKYA SCHOOL OF BUDDHISM, AS EMBODIED BY THE FOURTH KARMA THINLEY RINPOCHE AND LAMA JAMPA THAYE. SUCH ADVANCEMENT SHALL BE UNDER THE SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY AND GUIDANCE OF (I) LAMA JAMPA THAYE AS MASTER OF THE SAKYA SCHOOL OF BUDDHISM (THE ?HEAD?), (II) THE FUTURE INCARNATIONS (EACH A "FUTURE INCARNATION?) OF THE HEAD AS IDENTIFIED IN WRITING BY THE PRESENT OR FUTURE HEAD OF THE DROLMA PHODRANG OF THE SAKYA SCHOOL OF BUDDHISM (THE ?SAKYA HEAD?), AND (III) ANY TEMPORARY SUCCESSORS APPOINTED IN WRITING FROM TIME TO TIME BY (X) THE HEAD, (Y) A FUTURE INCARNATION OR, IN THE EVENT THE HEAD OR A FUTURE INCARNATION IS UNABLE TO MAKE SUCH APPOINTMENT, (Z) THE SAKYA HEAD.
