A) TO BRING TOGETHER THE SALTFORD COMMUNITY AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY WELFARE. B) TO PROMOTE RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES SUCH THAT IT HAS A POSITIVE INFLUENCE ON THE COMMUNITY. C) HAVING ESTABLISHED A COMMUNITY CENTRE, TO MAINTAIN, MANAGE AND IMPROVE IT IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.
