Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:
(1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN AFRICA BY PROVIDING AND/OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION FACILITIES;
(2) TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY IN AFRICA BY: (I) SUPPLYING PROVISIONS AND OFFERING SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS; AND (II) PROVIDING AND/OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT AND GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME FOR THEIR FUTURE
