TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF PEOPLE WITH MEMORY PROBLEMS, THEIR CARERS AND FAMILIES BY THE FOLLOWING MEANS:-
·OFFERING EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS THEY CAN ATTEND WHERE THEY FEEL SAFE AND SUPPORTED;
·PROVIDING A SUPPORT NETWORK AND ADVICE;
·RAISING AWARENESS AND REDUCING STIGMA;
·MAINTAINING TWO WAY COMMUNICATION TO AID SERVICE MONITORING AND RESEARCH; AND
·SHARING INFORMATION WITH CARERS GROUPS LINKING WITH OTHER SUPPORT ORGANISATION EG. ALZHEIMER’S SOCIETY ETC.
