CLAUSE 1.3 OF THE DEED IS AS FOLLOWS: "THE OBJECT" SHALL MEAN THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WHICH ARISES FROM THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT ST PETER'S PRIMARY SCHOOL, OLIVER'S BATTERY, WINCHESTER (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE PRIMARY SCHOOL") AND AT THE COLLEGE OF SAINT MARY AT WINCHESTER (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE COLLEGE" REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 1139000) THROUGH SUCH ADDITIONAL BUILDINGS, FACILITIES, ACTIVITIES, BURSARIES, GRANTS AND FULL- OR PART-TIME TEACHERS AS THE TRUST WILL, FROM TIME TO TIME, FINANCE IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
