Charitable objects
4.1 THE PRESERVATION AND PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTHOF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 IN THE UK WITH CEREBRAL PALSIES BY ASSISTING IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE BY THE PROMOTION OF BEST PRACTICE IN THE TREATMENT, INTERVENTION, CARE, EDUCATION AND SUPPORT, ACROSS ALL RELEVANT MEDICAL AND EDUCATIONAL DISCIPLINES AND SPECIALISMS, AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND ASSISTANCE TO THE LEGISLATURE AND POLICY MAKERS, THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND RELATED AND RELEVANT PROFESSIONS. 4.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND AWARENESS IN THE UK: 4.2.1 AMONGST THE LEGISLATURE, POLICY MAKERS, THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND RELATED AND RELEVANT PROFESSIONS, ABOUT THE THERAPEUTIC, EDUCATIONAL, AND OTHER SPECIALIST NEEDS AND THE COMPLEX AND DIVERSE REQUIREMENTS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WITH CEREBRAL PALSIES TO ENABLE THE LEGISLATURE POLICY MAKERS, THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND THE RELATED AND RELEVANT PROFESSIONS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE ISSUES RELATED TO CEREBRAL PALSIES AND THE THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS AND APPROACHES TO TREATMENT, AND TO ASSIST THE LEGISLATURE AND POLICY MAKERS TO BETTER ADDRESS THOSE NEEDS AND ISSUES CONSISTENTLY IN LEGISLATION; AND 4.2.2 BY PROMOTING GREATER UNDERSTANDING AND BEST PRACTICE IN THE TREATMENT, INTERVENTION, CARE, EDUCATION AND SUPPORT TO AMELIORATE THE WIDE RANGING IMPACT OF CEREBRAL PALSIES IN CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25.
