TO PROVIDE RELIEF, AID, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE FOR ORPHANS, YOUNG CHILDREN AND ADULTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND PARTICULARLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) IN CHINA WHO LIVE AND WORK IN HOMES DESIGNATED AS ORPHANAGES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO SUCH HOMES) IN WHATSOEVER MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT AND SPECIFICALLY (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) AND TO INCREASE THE AWARENESS OF THE NEEDS OF THE ABANDONED AND ORPHANED IN CHINA.
