Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:
(1) THE PRODUCTION AND PERFORMANCE OF DRAMATIC PLAYS AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF DRAMATIC ART; AND
(2) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME.
