FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘DIGNITY IN CARE’ MEANS CARE, IN ANY SETTING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOSPITALS, RESIDENTIAL HOMES AND CARE HOMES, WHICH SUPPORTS AND PROMOTES, AND DOES NOT UNDERMINE, A PERSON’S SELF-RESPECT.
