THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROVIDE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE WITHIN THE STATUTORY FRAMEWORK FOR THE EARLY YEARS FOUNDATION STAGE (EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2014). NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE
