THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, • THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN CASTLEFORD AND IN PARTICULAR THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED IN CASTLEFORD, BY REASON OF HOMELESSNESS OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FOOD, CLOTHING AND INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE • TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF CASTLEFORD IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.’ • THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN CASTLEFORD BY MEANS OF SUPPORT FOR THOSE WHO ARE MARGINALISED OR SOCIALLY ISOLATED BECAUSE OF BECAUSE OF THE CHALLENGES THEY FACE AS A RESULT OF LIVING WITH A DISABILITY OR A MENTAL ILLNESS
