ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF VOLUNTARY GROUPS, STATUTORY AGENCIES AND THE PUBLIC IN THE CAUSES, SIGNS AND EFFECTS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE AND HOW TO SUPPORT THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY DOMESTIC ABUSE.’
