FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE ST CONSTANTINE’S CHURCH, THORPE CONSTANTINE, STAFFORDSHIRE AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP, BUILDING OF HISTORIC INTEREST AND COMMUNITY FACILITY. THE CHURCH WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AS A COMMUNITY FACILITY FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF THEIR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
