(2) TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE LGBT COMMUNITY AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A.
