THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING, AND TO ASSIST IN RELIEVING AND REHABILITATING PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER OR CONDITIONS OF EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS IN LONDON (ALL LONDON BOROUGHS) THROUGH THE PROVISION OF HEALTH PROMOTION ACTIVITIES, SKILL BUILDING, EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT, COUNSELLING, ADVOCACY, HOUSING SUPPORT AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATION, TRAINING, MUSICAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES.
