THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS AND WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WELLINGTON.
