The relief of those living in or ordinarily resident in Jamaica and in need by reason of youth and the advancement of the mental, emotional and physical health of those children subject to abuse, neglect and all forms of ill-treatment through the provision of support and services, including a 24 hour helpline counselling service, as well as collating data to best help victims of child abuse.

Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF THOSE LIVING IN OR ORDINARILY RESIDENT IN JAMAICA AND IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH OF THOSE CHILDREN SUBJECT TO ABUSE, NEGLECT AND ALL FORMS OF ILL-TREATMENT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND SERVICES INCLUDING A 24 HOUR HELPLINE, A COUNSELLING SERVICE, AS WELL AS PROMOTION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF CHARITIES BY COLLECTING AND COLLATING DATA ON HOW RESOURCES ARE BEST USED TO HELP VICTIMS OF CHILD ABUSE.
