IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THIS WILL INVOLVE THE RELIEF OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED DUE TO HOMELESSNESS,MENTAL ILLNESS AND OTHER IMPEDIMENTS THAT PREVENT THEIR ADVANCE IN LIFE.
