THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN SOUTHERN ENGLAND WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM LEARNING DISABILITIES OF ANY KIND BY ANY LAWFUL MEANS BEING CHARITABLE AND THE SUPPORT OF OTHER CHARITIES WITH SIMILAR OBJECTS.
