(A) IN RELIEVING POVERTY AMONG ANY PERSON WHO HAS RETIRED FROM EMPLOYMENT AT LEDSTON LUCK COLLIERY KIPPAX NEAR LEEDS IN THE COUNTY OF WEST YORKSHIRE OR TO ANY WIDOW CHILD OR OTHER DEPENDANT OF A DECEASED PERSON AT ANY TIME EMPLOYED AT LEDSTON LUCK COLLIERY AFORESAID. (B) IN RELIEVING POVERTY AMONG AGED INJURED OR SICK PERSONS OR THEIR DEPENDANTS AT ANY TIME EMPLOYED AT LEDSTON LUCK COLLIERY AFORESAID.
