The objects of the Congregation shall be: (a) To provide for people of the Jewish faith, a place of worship, religious services, religious education, and marriage and burial facilities, at such a scale of fees as may be laid down from time to time; and (b) In furtherance of the primary object, to provide social and cultural facilities compatible with an Orthodox Congregation.
