Charitable objects
(1) RELIEVING POOR AND AGED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE ROMAN CATHOLIC PARISH OF ST. PETER LEICESTER
(2) PAY FOR SUCH ITEMS OR FACILITIES BY WAY OF SUBSCRIPTIONS TO ORGANISATIONS WHO IN TURN PROVIDE SERVICES FOR SUCH PERSONS
(3) IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES THE TRUSTEES MAY GRANT RELIEF TO PERSONS RESIDENT IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THE SAID PARISH
