THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE, AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES INCLUDING BY THE PROMOTION OF THEIR EQUALITY, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH, AND THEIR INDEPENDENCE (WHETHER THROUGH LEARNING AND WORK OPPORTUNITIES OR OTHERWISE).
